SHAPE America has launched the two task forces to update the National Health and Physical Education Standards. Task force members represent diverse stakeholders in health and physical education including leading national HPE organizations, state departments of education, university health and physical education teacher education programs, and K-12 practitioners. The task forces will be responsible for revising the National Health Education Standards and the National Physical Education Standards.
